Monroe County Vacation Packages

There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. The only redeeming qualities were that the breakfast was mostly decent, though the omelette tasted freezer burnt on the second day. The coffee was really good, and the shower had amazing water pressure. All in all, I will not be staying there again, as I visit that area several times a year.

Walls are paper thin, dated, the front desk wasn’t friendly, just short of rude. It was a zoo, parking was terrible. Never staying there again.

We had issues with this particular room. The TV wouldn't work. When I texted the hotel on the text message I received, they never responded until the next day after we left. We call to have someone come look at the tv. a wire had been cut. You would have thought that this would have been checked before someone used the room. Also, the tub drained very slowly. The maintenance person said it was likely due to the room not being used in a while.

One night stop, late at night. Staff was friendly, beds comfortable. Breakfast was better than most.

The room was clean and front desk clerk was pleasant.
